Outta the page rough cut

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dUGfhkQUJCs

The premise for my show is a review/ preview segment concerning anything comic book related. From movies, to graphic novels and video games, even merchandise, the show Outta the Page is about anything that concerns the comic book world and inside coverage of releases. In the rough cut presented, i kept it as basic as possible, from the opening i show you exactly what the show covers and as for my background, i kept it blurry to give it depth of field but also a reminder of what the show will be about. The information graphics, and lower thirds are similar in style, if not directly copied from what a comic book would look like. I want the show to have a fun, fast appeal and tone. Keep my demographic audience attention at all times with images and heroic related music.

if you made it intentional to make uchenna appear and disappear, in some sort of way that would be awesome. the background should be a bit in focus.

I think your intro would be much more dynamic if you used 3D layers and a camera movement while you stacked the magazine. Also I would love some color on the logo/title.

I loved your intro bro, was done very well, however your host is transparent, something you can fix though.

intro is cool, straight to the point, just the uchenna transperency on the 1st transition it looks a little bit off, other than that good work, i would suggest if you made the background as well as uchenna fade in together it would flow together a little more smooth.

I wasn’t blown away by your changes.. Is the opening meant to get me “pumped up” about comics? It just seems bland with no movement or exciting colors. The power of the music is lost in the slow tempo of the visuals.

your info graphic looks ok. Think about readability and design. It would be nice to see some movement as well..

the credits are still VERY hard to read and are too small. Maybe make them scroll?

Overall.. there is not much energy in the graphics. It feels like with your new music and the excitement of your host, the graphics need to follow this new feel.
